Below, we have gathered 12 overarching initiatives that one can implement in their life for a longer life with good energy and no illnesses.

1. Sleep between 7-9 hours every day

2. Go to bed and wake up at the same time (also on weekends)

3. Eat less and in an 8 hour window

4. Eat more protein (min. 1,6g per kg bodyweight per day)

5. Eat food in the following order for optimal bloodsugar: Vegetables, protein and fat, and carbohydrates

7. Eat fish a couple of times per week and take a daily omega-3 supplement (avoid large predator fish like tuna)
